David Wadsworth
David has 25yrs of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, holding masters degrees in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in addition to his undergraduate Bachelors degree.
Cyclists have unique sporting demands and a unique injury profile arising from highly repetitive stresses or trauma. Recognising the need for a clinic that specialises in cycling, David established Cycle Physio more than a decade ago.
David has extensive experience in cycling, being involved both professionally as a Physiotherapist and as a current competitive road and track cyclist. He has been the Sports Physiotherapist for QAS Road & Track Cycling. He is an accredited Level 2 Australian Road & Track Coach employed by Cycling Queensland as a coach for the Queensland Junior Development Squad (JETS) and the Queensland Junior Road & Track teams. He works with athletes of all ages from novice to elite.
